    • Providing employees with the ability to choose from a broad range of investment alternatives consisting of at least three diversified options possessing materially different risk and return characteristics
    • Providing a Qualified Default Investment Alternative (QDIA), including Lifecycle or Target Date Funds, Asset Allocation Portfolios (e.g.  a balanced fund), or Managed Accounts (a  3(38)) investment manager.
